The Athlete's Foot delivers Australia wide via Australia Post. We offer a Signature on Delivery with Authority to Leave delivery service. To guarantee safe arrival of your order from The Athlete's Foot, please specify a delivery address which will be manned during business hours as your delivery requires a signature upon arrival (Locked Bags are NOT accepted as a delivery address) otherwise will we have authority to leave. If no one is present to sign for the parcel, and a safe place for the parcel is available, we'll leave it there so it's ready and waiting for you. If there is no safe place, we'll leave a card as we normally would. At The Athlete's Foot, we currently do NOT accept international orders.
The Athlete's Foot offers FREE SHIPPING for all orders above $100 . No matter your location in Australia or how many pairs you decide to purchase from us, delivery is absolutely FREE for orders over $100 (orders below $100.00 will attract a $10.00 shipping charge automatically added during the checkout process)
The Athlete's Foot offers you SAME DAY DISPATCH for ALL orders placed before 11AM, this is purely dependent on stock availability. There are often instances where a product you have ordered is not in stock therefore the same day dispatch cannot be met, however you will be notified and we will endeavour to have your order dispatched in a timely manner.
All orders are expected to be dispatched within 24 hours. In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is unavailable, The Athlete's Foot will endeavour to notify you of any delay within 24 hours.
All dispatch times exclude weekends, The Athlete's Foot operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm AEDT.
The Athlete's Foot aims to deliver your order within 2-5 business days almost anywhere in Australia*. The Athlete's Foot delivers products Australia wide using Australia Post.
Delivery times are estimated between 2-5 days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location:
1-2 business days - NSW / ACT
2-3 business days - VIC / QLD
4-5 business days - SA / TAS
5-7 business days - WA / NT
*Please allow additional 1-2 business days on top of the above allocated times for regional areas.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
From the moment your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification confirming dispatch details where you will be allocated a tracking number and be advised of your allocated delivery service.
To track your order log into your account and select 'Track my Order' tab on the left hand side.

We’re not happy until you’re 100% satisfied with the fit of your new shoes. So if they’re anything short of perfect, simply send them back or, better still, return them to any one of over 130 The Athlete’s Foot stores nationwide and receive a free personalised fitting from one of our qualified Fit Technicians.
The Athlete’s Foot Online Store has a 100 days Australia wide free shipping returns policy for all online purchases, provided the returns are unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Or if you prefer, you can return your online purchase in the original packaging to one of our stores within 100 days.
- You can return your purchase up to 100 days from date of dispatch
- Products must be unworn, in the condition that you received them and in the original box and/or packaging
- Australia wide return shipping is absolutely free
- Return to any one of over 130 stores with proof of purchase
To return, simply:
1. Pack up your unworn shoes into its original shoe box
2. Place the shoe box with the unworn shoes into another carton or satchel
3. Place this completed return form inside of the carton
4. Clearly label the carton with the below

5. Clearly mark the carton with your order number to ensure prompt processing of your return
6. Drop the carton off at your nearest post office for collection

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style you may do so, this is subject to availability of course. Simply return your unwanted shoes to us unworn, in its original condition (as stated above) including original shoe box within 100 working days from the date of dispatch together with a completed copy of our online returns form.

Exchange requests will only be dispatched when the goods have been returned in good order to our warehouse.
If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase online, we will happily provide you with a refund. Simply return your unwanted shoes to us unworn, in its original condition including original shoe box within 100 working days from the date of dispatch together with a completed copy of our online returns form.

A refund will not be processed if the goods returned do not comply with our Returns Policy.
Refunds are always processed using the original method of payment at the time of purchase (Credit Card or PayPal) within 1-2 working days of receiving the goods at our warehouse.
RETURNING GOODS IN-STORE
For products purchased online, please contact our customer service team on 1300 449 239 (Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm EST time) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to visiting one of our The Athlete's Foot stores. Proof of purchase must be present at the time of your return in store which will be in the form of your online email order confirmation.
GOODS BOUGHT IN-STORE AND RETURNING TO A STORE
*You can return your purchase up to 30 days from date of dispatch/purchase with your receipt.
*Products must be unworn, in the condition that you received them and in the original box and/or packaging
*Return to any one of over 130 stores with proof of purchase
A refund/exchange should be given if the above criteria are met.
If any of these are not met, the store may refuse an exchange or refund, or may only offer an exchange or a store credit / gift card.
Please note that all stores are individually franchised - if you wish to contact the store before you visit then you may do so via phone/email.
