The Asics Gel-Trabuco 11 Gore-Tex is an all-round, versatile trail shoe built for trail runners looking for a combination of cushioning, support and protection. Designed with a wider base to improve stability, and staple rearfoot GEL™ technology to absorb the impact from each step. It's ASICSGRIP™ technology in the outsole provides superior traction over varying off-road terrain, while the rock protection plate has a flexible construction that moves with your natural motion, as well as protects your feet from debris.

Recommended Size: Fits As Expected For Most People

Average Arch Height This is the amount of space between the highest point of the mid-sole and the ground. Correctly fitting shoes will take the pressure off your feet as your move, and stop the foot from rolling.

Average Heel Width This is the width of the heel in comparison to the midfoot. A narrow heel will be slimmer than the midfoot whilst a wider heel will be broader than the midfoot. If a shoe is too deep across the instep it can encourage excess movement. If the shoe is too shallow, it will be too tight and will irritate the top of the foot.

Average Foot Height This is the highest point of your foot (called the midfoot and often found underneath the laces) and the ground. Correctly fitting shoes provide stability at the heel and will ensure there is no slipping or irritation at the Achilles tendon.

Average Foot Width This is the widest point of your feet, generally the forefoot. A shoe that is too tight can lead to tension, blisters, and irritation at the ball of the foot. A shoe that is too loose will decrease stability and can encourage side-to-side movement and rolling.

Engineered mesh helps improve breathability, while the Gore-Tex upper material provides added protection from the elements. At least 50% of the shoe’s main upper material is made with recycled materials to reduce waste and carbon emissions

Outsole

ASICSGRIP™ outsole rubber provides advanced grip on varying terrain, while the full-ground contact design creates a smoother and more efficient ride.

Midsole

FF BLAST™ cushioning creates a softer landing and a more responsive toe-off, while the Rearfoot GEL™ technology works to absorb impact and create a smoother ride.

Interior

Rock protection plate features a flexible design that helps shield your foot from rocks and rugged terrain.
