The GT-3000 5 features an improved upper helping to reduce friction and provide more comfort for the wearer. Lightweight mesh ensures breathability while Discrete Eyestay Lacing and a Bunion Window allow for a more customised fit following the natural contours of the foot
Outsole
For additional comfort Asics use their Guidance Line technology in the outsole of the GT-3000. This encourages the foot to move through its gait cycle more evenly. AHAR has also been placed in areas of high wear ensuring grip and durability while AHAR Ride + adds additional cushioning
Midsole
Understanding the need for support for those who overpronate Asics use a combination of supportive features to ensure your foot is stable and supported while running. This running shoe features Fluid Ride 2 to enhance cushioning and bounce back as well as Dynamic Duomax on the medial side helping to keep your foot in alignment the GT-3000 is a great option for runners who need support during the later stages of their gait cycle

A removable ComforDry sockliner provides additional cushioning and comfort while also ensuring a healthier foot environment
