This shoe use a supple full-grain leather upper for comfort and protection from the elements
Outsole
With durability and traction in mind Brooks have used a slip resistant outsole compound, providing confidence for every step
Midsole
To provide the severe overpronator the support they require Brooks have used PDR, a tri-density medial post to help slow the rate and degree of pronation. In addition to this the Addiction has been constructed around a straight last for added motion control which features Hydroflow, a fluid cushioning system in the heel and forefoot
Interior
On top of internal foam Brooks have used a synthetic liner internally for comfort and durability
