The Brooks Cascadia 16 is for trail runners who want to explore, and feel protected on changing terrain. Designed with 2mm of extra foam, and new DNA LOFT v2 cushioning that's 5% softer, and 20% lighter than it's predecessor to deliver a smooth and comfortable offroad experience. The updated construction is made to quickly adapt, flex, and protect, ensuring runners stay comfortable and stable no matter how unpredictable the trail may turn.

Features
Upper
Adaptive upper made from a single layer of resilient mesh for protection and durability. The Internal support provides additional midfoot lockdown.
Outsole
TrailTack rubber outsole delivers high grip and traction on both wet and dry surfaces. The updated Ballistic Rock Shield protects against pebbles and debris, whilst adapting more easily to uneven terrain.
Midsole
The new DNA LOFT v2 midsole cushioning is 5% softer, and 20% lighter than it's predecessor. An extra 2mm of foam is added to the midsole to increase rebound and comfort.
Interior
Drainage ports are strategically placed to allow water to escape, and materials to more efficiently dry out.
