and enter in your order number & email address.
2. Pack your items and download and print your return labels.
3. Drop off your parcel at any Australia Post Office

Return your purchase to any The Athlete’s Foot stores nationwide.
Proof of purchase must be present at the time of your return in store which will be in the form of your online email order confirmation.

If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase online, we will happily provide you with a refund. Simply return your unwanted shoes to us unworn, in its original condition including original shoe box within 30 working days from the date of dispatch. Visit our Online Returns Portal

A refund will not be processed if the goods returned do not comply with our Returns Policy outlined above. Refunds are always processed using the original method of payment at the time of purchase within 1-2 working days of receiving the goods.
