Average Arch Height This is the amount of space between the highest point of the mid-sole and the ground. Correctly fitting shoes will take the pressure off your feet as your move, and stop the foot from rolling.

Average Heel Width This is the width of the heel in comparison to the midfoot. A narrow heel will be slimmer than the midfoot whilst a wider heel will be broader than the midfoot. If a shoe is too deep across the instep it can encourage excess movement. If the shoe is too shallow, it will be too tight and will irritate the top of the foot.

Average Foot Height This is the highest point of your foot (called the midfoot and often found underneath the laces) and the ground. Correctly fitting shoes provide stability at the heel and will ensure there is no slipping or irritation at the Achilles tendon.

Average Foot Width This is the widest point of your feet, generally the forefoot. A shoe that is too tight can lead to tension, blisters, and irritation at the ball of the foot. A shoe that is too loose will decrease stability and can encourage side-to-side movement and rolling.

Upper

Updated lightweight heel counter assists in reducing the overall weight of the shoe, which enhances the seamless transition from heel strike to midstance all while maintaining essential support. Jacquard air mesh upper provides a light, soft, and breathable fit.

Outsole

Flex grooves featured through the forefoot are connected to enhance the propulsive sensation for a faster and smoother toe-off. The extremely durable Mizuno X10 blown rubber allows for longer wear in high-impact areas and provides enhanced grip and traction.

Midsole

Mizuno ENERZY delivers excellent softness and rebound while maintaining durability. Compared to previous materials used by Mizuno, Mizuno Enerzy is 17% softer and boasts more than 15% more energy return. Featuring an Eco friendly Pebax Rnew, the Mizuno Wave Plate technology evenly disperses shock upon landing, providing an unmatched blend of cushioning and stability.

Interior

Made from 90% recycled content, Mizuno offers a high-grade removable lining for additional comfort and cushioning.
