15 Minute HIIT Workout with Dianna

On Monday 18th May, Dianna (@diannayota) took over @theathletesfootaustralia Instagram account to bring our followers a LIVE full body workout.
In case you missed it, here it is
There are two circuits to this HIIT workout:
Circuit 1
- Hand Release Burpees
- Star Crunches
- 3 Skaters & 1 Hop
- Push-Up Should Tap
Circuit 2
- Froggy Squats
- 3 Jacks One Tuck Jump
- Plank Twist
- High Knees
To complete:
- Spend 30 seconds on each exercise
- Repeat each circuit 3 times
- Take a 30 second break after each exercise
- Take a 1-minute break between each circuit
Dianna is a PhD candidate and works as a university lecture and facilitator.
She has a passion for healthy living and enjoys creating healthy delicious recipes to share with her online community. In addition, Dianna engages in regular physical activity that involves a combination of both cardio and strength training, her favourite being Les Mills Body Attack, which she is also an instructor for and teaches a few times a week. Her favourite shoes to keep FIT in are the ASICS Gel-Kayano 26 in Black/White.
