Strengthen your Body with NETFIT SARAH

Sarah Wall from NETFIT NETBALL has constructed a fun, resistance band exercise to help strengthen the entire body.

The best thing about resistant band training is that anyone at any fitness level can benefit and it is easy to do from the comfort of your own home.

Resistance bands add an extra challenge to bodyweight exercises but don't put the same amount of pressure on your joints that external weights like dumbbells and slam balls do.

They're also great for targeting smaller stabilising muscles that you may not typically work in a NETFIT HIIT.
