WE GIVE A FIT ABOUT BREASTS.
At The Athlete’s Foot we GIVE A FIT about feet. But we also GIVE A FIT about great causes. That’s why we are proudly supporting the McGrath Foundation for the second year in a row.
From TUESDAY 20th OF AUGUST – MONDAY 2nd OF SEPTEMBER we will be donating $5 from every pair of women’s running shoes sold, to help fund McGrath Breast Care Nurses.
The McGrath Foundation started with Jane and Glenn McGrath’s very public experience with breast cancer and has become one of Australia’s most recognised and respected charities. It’s mission is to place McGrath Breast Care Nurses in communities right across Australia to help and support the thousands of women and men diagnosed with breast cancer each year.
For this partnership our stores nationally will be ‘turning PINK’ to help increase awareness of the McGrath Foundation and to educate our customers on the importance of breast health. Last year we raised $75k for the McGrath Foundation thanks to the ‘GIVE A FIT ABOUT BREASTS’ campaign.
This year we are aiming to donate another $100k.
